Sau 3 năm đạt được nhiều thành công tại Hồng Kông, chúng tôi mong muốn mở rộng
phạm vi hoạt động ra Châu Á và đang thiết lập văn phòng tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi đã tuyển
dụng được một số thành viên cho team Việt Nam và hy vọng sẽ có nhiều thành viên tham
gia hơn nữa.
Hiện tại, chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Financial and Human Resources Manager. Bạn sẽ
làm việc sát sao với team nhân sự và finance Hồng Kông. Bạn sẽ đóng vai trò quan trọng
trong quá trình phát triển lâu dài cũng như thành công của công ty chúng tôi!
Ứng viên phù hợp cũng có thể được tuyển dụng vào vị trí Kế toán trưởng của chi nhánh
Việt Nam.

About the Role
You will be setting up and overseeing the financial and HR functions of our Vietnam entity.
The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Financial Management
● Establish and maintain internal financial procedures compatible with the country’s
law, and Bowtie’s financial procedure and requirements.
● Budget preparations, revisions, monitoring, and follow-ups
● Handle day-to-day accounting functions, monthly cashbooks closing, and timely
submission of accounts
● Ensure a controlled and smooth cash flow managing process
● Prepare for, manage and support internal and external financial audits, and report
immediately any possible fraud or theft.

Human Resources Management
With the support of our human resources team in Hong Kong and our vendor in Vietnam:
● Ensure that our Human Resources policies and procedures are maintained,
implemented, and communicated in line with country legislation and Bwotie’s HR
● Prepare the monthly payroll and payments for staff salaries and/or allowances in
accordance with local employment regulations, ensuring that all required statutory
deductions are made and paid.
● Ensure accurate employee records are maintained and updated regularly.

● Responsible for staff induction and orientation on HR and admin-related policies.
● Provide support for different parts of the employee lifecycle by implementing and
maintaining systems related to onboarding, staff communication, staff exit, and off-
boarding management, etc.
● (With the support of administration staff/vendor) Oversee and provide administrative
support to the office.

This job description covers the main tasks that are anticipated. Other tasks may be
assigned as necessary.

Workplace & Conditions
We have a flexible work-from-home policy and we are in the process of securing office
space in HCMC. Due to the nature of the role, we would expect the candidate to be
stationed in HCMC.

About you
● University degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university.
● Strong fluency in English (spoken and written).
● VACPA is preferred but not essential

Experience / Competencies
● 3+ years of experience working in a cross-cultural setting, preferably in a support
● Capacity to work under pressure and manage personal stress levels.
● Problem-solving ability, excellent communication, strong organizational and time
management skills.
● Good numerical and report writing skills. Able to build trust and enforce procedures.
● Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritizing and delegating as required.
● Strong leadership skills. Coaching and training skills.
