We are an Ecommerce Company selling various products with multiple different brands and online shops around the globe.

We are looking to grow our workforce by hiring an online Shop Assistant.

We are a small team so you would be given responsibility and a broad range of tasks from day one. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets.

Being well organized and reliable is very important, as well as being fluent in English.

Work is completely online and location independent.

 

In this role, you will act as the Online Shop Assistant for multiple stores, making sure the front end of the stores is working optimally and that the stores are well-stocked.

You have to communicate with our supplier and calculate and update our product stock in Google Sheets. You have to download creatives from Facebook or other websites and name them correctly in our Google Drive. You should understand Ecommerce and be good with numbers.


 

Key duties:

  • Online Shop (Shopify) Management and Administration

  • Online Shop Maintenance (add new products, make sure the description is correct, etc.)

  • Follow our landing page prototype system

  • Download videos from Facebook, TikTok, and chrome extensions and name them right

  • Order Fulfillment, stock management.

  • Communicate with the supplier.

  • Manage company invoices and put them in a Google Sheet

  • Know and work with Excel

  • Update the Cost of goods and calculate them in a google sheet.

  • Know how to handle Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok


 

Requirements;

  • 40h/week

  • Able to use Slack, Google Meet, Google Drive

  • Experience in an eCommerce environment is a bonus

  • Good in English (German, Spanish or French is a bonus)

  • You have a fast Laptop/Computer

  • Communicate regularly

  • Core work during European business hours

  • A University degree is a bonus (but not a must)

  • Willingness to learn
