Our international car-parts company is recruiting team members to work in Tanh Hiep, District 12. We’re currently searching for an Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper to keep records, communicate with our accounting firm, and help us with our financial dealings. This position is suitable for those with a background in accounting, finances, or sales where payment recording was required.
Your duties will include:
- Creating invoices and organizing receipts
- Communicating with clients regarding their sales
- Uploading financial information into software
- Ensuring smooth communication between management, the warehouse, and the office
- Some product handling may be required
Requirements for the position include:
- 1-2 years in a financial-related work setting
- Computer skills (Facebook, Excel, Word)
- Clear understanding of business finances and an overall business mindset
- Organizational and number skills
- Communications skills, soft skills
- A creative and dynamic approach to your job
- English communication abilities
