Job description

Our international car-parts company is recruiting team members to work in Tanh Hiep, District 12. We’re currently searching for an Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper to keep records, communicate with our accounting firm, and help us with our financial dealings. This position is suitable for those with a background in accounting, finances, or sales where payment recording was required.

Your duties will include:

  • Creating invoices and organizing receipts
  • Communicating with clients regarding their sales
  • Uploading financial information into software
  • Ensuring smooth communication between management, the warehouse, and the office
  • Some product handling may be required


Requirements for the position include:

  • 1-2 years in a financial-related work setting
  • Computer skills (Facebook, Excel, Word)
  • Clear understanding of business finances and an overall business mindset
  • Organizational and number skills
  • Communications skills, soft skills
  • A creative and dynamic approach to your job
  • English communication abilities
