Full TIme E-commerce Executive

Job description

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
  • Execute activities driven by data analytics.
  • Identify strategic business partnerships.
  • Implement new business collaboration plans.
  • Implement the customer loyalty programmes.
  • Implement the e-commerce activities.
  • Manage the operations for good service.
  • Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
  • Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
  • Promote good service performance.
  • Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
  • Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Resourceful and strong drive to solve problems such as customer queries effectively & independently
  • Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords)
  • Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage
  • Strong written communication skills, good presentation skills and Excel skills are an advantage
  • Strong desire to learn new skills as on the job coaching and training will be provided
  • Must love to work in a high growth startup environment.

Level: Junior Executive 
This is a full time job as the working hours and salary will be discussed. Estimated salary will be USD 1000 per month.
