Job Scope:
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Execute activities driven by data analytics.
- Identify strategic business partnerships.
- Implement new business collaboration plans.
- Implement the customer loyalty programmes.
- Implement the e-commerce activities.
- Manage the operations for good service.
- Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Promote good service performance.
- Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
- Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Resourceful and strong drive to solve problems such as customer queries effectively & independently
- Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords)
- Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage
- Strong written communication skills, good presentation skills and Excel skills are an advantage
- Strong desire to learn new skills as on the job coaching and training will be provided

Level: Junior Executive
This is a full time job as the working hours and salary will be discussed. Estimated salary will be USD 1000 per month.
