Key Responsibilities:

· Social media content research, development, scheduling and management

· Communications – external and internal: with partners, vendors, sales and recruitment, admissions teams, and stakeholders

· Content creation and research across a range of media channels including website, social media, emails, print and via paid advertising under the direction of the marketing managers

· Website content updates

· Work closely with a variety of agencies and stakeholders

· Basic design

· Project manage the production of marketing materials from conception to delivery as required – responsible for actioning internal marketing communications and requests

· Management of marketing collateral, assets, and data

· Assist in the creative production of online materials including presentations and flyers

· Work with the Marketing CRM Analyst to ensure synergy with campaigns and CRM-driven communications including customer journey mapping and email marketing techniques, including the creation and review of marketing emails

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

· 2 + years’ proven experience in a marketing or similar role

· 1-2 years hands on experience in marketing automation and CRM, ideally Salesforce/Pardot (or similar)

· Well-organized and detail oriented

· Exceptional communication and writing skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders including external agencies

· Basic knowledge of WordPress

· Basic design skills

· Positive and flexible attitude with ability to manage continuously evolving business requirements

· Customer focused: views the world from a customer’s perspective and drive continuous improvement to better serve customer needs and drive internal improvements
