Customer Service Representative

Job description

We are looking for experienced, professional and energetic ideal female candidates to join our financial company for the Customer Service position. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organizes, and prioritizes work.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese language is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Others day to day task assigned by the management team.
