  • Research & Sourcing
  • Segmentation (Addressable, Persona, Tier)
  • Quality Management (contact details completeness and accuracy)
  • CRM management (from Contact to Identification to Interest to Lead tracking and recording)


  • Prospecting via omni-communication channels, eg: email, inmail, social media, messenger apps, phone
  • Drive prospect to attend Weekly Executive Roundtable
  • Secure 1-hr solutioning meeting for Learning Alliance Mgr 

Campaign Telemarketing

  • Execute database marketing campaign
  • Drive telesales as part of omni marketing outreach initiative to boost adoption and sell through

Additional Information:

  • Hunter with 3 years of relevant outbound sales and telemarketing experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and pleasant disposition
  • Service oriented, enthusiastic, discipline, organize, self motivated
  • Highly conversant in English and local language/s
  • Experience promoting and marketing Professional Services, EduTech, Training, or Education solution
