Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This position is further responsible for liaising with HQ marketing and sales team to execute business strategies to meet sales performance goals.

Responsibilities

l Assist and implement marketing development strategy from AoGrand International Marketing Center Head Quarter.  

l Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers

l Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

l Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

l Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals.

l Leverage available resources to effectively implement the company marketing plan, strategies, and sales processes.

l Produce and maintain market information relevant to territory. Reporting competitor’s activity and new potentials on the market.

l Coaching and mentoring new BD members and provide support as needed. Control the expense and budgeting the promotion cost.

l Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Proficient in doing market research

l Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business2+ years of sales or account management experience in FMCG industry.

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills

lAbility to excel in an environment of high autonomy to produce business results

l Knowledge of legislation and regulation requirements of Household consumer goods in the Vietnam

l Displays a high of level of passion, energy, excitement and intensity

 

 

Salary is open to negotiation based on the experience of the candidate, rang from

10 - 30 million VND and unlimited
